Certified Group Fitness Instructor

Kalee Larson has been a fitness instructor for almost 10 years and holds several group fitness certifications. Her first love, at the age of 6, was soccer. She has continued that love of soccer into the community where she has coached youth and high school teams. Being a part of a team for so many years has fueled her passion to create classes that are not only challenging, but promote a sense of belonging and positivity. Kalee adds Olympic lifts, HIIT and barre to her workouts, constantly changing it up to make it fun and dynamic. When she’s not teaching, she can be found playing pickle ball, paddle boarding and spending time with her family.
