Certified Group Fitness Instructor

Ashley Van Overbeke (RYT 200) has practiced yoga for 20 years, and recently transitioned to instructing, sharing her love for the mindful movement with others. Ashley encourages everyone to pursue their own personal yoga journey, modifying or intensifying when needed, knowing our bodies can be different on a day to day basis. Her favorite types of yoga to practice and teach include combinations of vinyasa, yin, and hatha. When Ashley isn't instructing or practicing yoga herself, she can be found here, enjoying Kalee's fitness classes, or watching her son in karate. Ashley and her active family enjoy traveling, water sports, skiing/snowboarding, and of course, yoga!
